Globalesm may provide consulting, implementation, software development, integration, and subscription services to organizations outside the United States when the engagement can be supported legally, technically, and operationally.
Compliance and restrictions
International engagements may be subject to export controls, sanctions rules, privacy laws, data residency requirements, vendor restrictions, and local business requirements. We may decline, pause, or adjust an engagement if legal or operational restrictions apply.
Taxes and local obligations
Clients are responsible for applicable local taxes, duties, withholding, government filings, or compliance obligations unless a written agreement states otherwise.
Data handling
If a project involves regulated data or cross-border transfers, the applicable statement of work or agreement should define data handling expectations, subprocessors, security responsibilities, and any required contractual addenda.
